We recommend that guests arrive 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time to get settled before the proceedings.

Attire is Black Tie optional. The ceremony will be held on the grass so for those wearing heels, you may want to plan for block heels, wedges, or sandals!

The ceremony will be outdoors, followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour. The reception will be held inside at the Washington Ballroom.

The Thayer Hotel has valet parking, for those who will arrive via car. There is also a parking lot across the street at the bottom of the hill.

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
