What should I wear?
Please wear semi-formal attire (i.e. no jeans). The more color, the better!
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony starts. This will give everyone time to filter in, chat with friends/family, and find a seat.
Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?
Yes! The ceremony starts at 5:30pm, followed by a cocktail hour and reception, all at Lionsgate Event Center
Will there be a shuttle between the hotel and venue?
Yes! There are multiple trips to and from the venue. Shuttle leaves hotel for the venue at 4:30pm and 5:00pm. Shuttle leaves the venue for the hotel at 9:30pm, 10:00pm, and 10:30pm. There are 14 seats per shuttle.
I wanted to book in the hotel block, but it looks like its closed. What do I do?
The hotel block link has closed, but by emailing Ryan.Oshea@marriott.com, you can still book within the hotel and get the block rate.
When do I need to RSVP by?
Due to vendor constraints, we need RSVPs no later that Friday, May 23rd.
