**IMPORTANT**

Due to the fact there is no parking at the venue we have established a shuttle service to bring guests from a meeting point to the venue.

The shuttle will pick guests up at the Best Western Plus Hood River. The pickup location will outside of the lobby doors by the steps.

The shuttle will be doing 2 runs. The first pickup time will be 15:55 and the second pick up will be 16:05 to ensure guests arrive before the 16:30 ceremony time.

For return to the Best Western there will be two departure times, 21:45 and 22:10.

PLEASE ensure you show up for one of these shuttle times as you will not be able to park at the venue and will be on your own for finding a means of transport to and from the venue.
