The Indian Creek Trail system spans the lower Hood River Valley from Hazel Avenue on Hood River’s eastside all the way to Barrett Park, in rural westside Hood River. Much of the trail runs along the Indian Creek trail in the woods, with easy access to nature, as well as many neighborhood and ammenities through town.
