The school bus will be looping around twice and picking up at the following times -Blackstone Mountain Lodge 3 PM & 3:30 PM -Grant Rockies Resort 3:10 PM and 3:40 PM -13 Ave & 2 St 3:20 PM and 3:50 PM The bus will be at the reception for departures at the following times and will drop off at the previous locations at 10:30 PM 11:30 PM 12:30 PM Please note, the driver is open to dropping off at other locations if you ask

You can enjoy the crisp mountain air; highs will average 17°C (63°F) in September, but sometimes it feels a little hotter in the sun. Temperatures do drop when the sunsets, so please bring a sweater or sweatshirt for the evening.

There is plenty of free parking near the entrance of Canmore Golf and Curling Club. We will also be offering a shuttle pick up to the ceremony and also home periodically towards the end of the reception. You are also welcome to drive to the ceremony/reception and leave your car there overnight and take the shuttle home. Canmore is very safe.

Please be advised, there is no uber in the town of Canmore. You are welcome to take a taxi to get around the town but we recommend taking advantage of the free bus system around the entire town of Canmore.

Yes, there are ramps to the reception area. The ceremony is on grass but on no elevation.

Rehearsal Cocktail Hour- Casual Ceremony/Reception- Cocktail attire please. However, please note it may be chilly or hot in September here, so please bring layers!

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be indoors with access to the deck!

You will have to walk in grass areas so I would not recommend any super sharp heels!

We would love for you to take photos during the reception! However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
