The wedding will be held at the Canmore Golf and Curling Club in Alberta, Canada. We recommend flying into Calgary Airport (YYC), it is about 1 hr 15 min drive from there to Canmore/Banff.
Airport to Canmore/Banff Area
The two main ways to travel to Canmore are rental car or shuttle service. It is about 1-1.5 hour drive. The first option is to rent a car at the Calgary Airport. We recommend this option if you are also interested in hiking, mountain biking, and other activities around Canmore and Banff.
The other option is to take the shuttle from the airport to Canmore, this is about a 1 hr 15 min ride. There are shuttles between Canmore and Banff as well if you are interested in visiting Banff National Park but are not renting a car.

Getting Around Town
There is not uber in the town of Canmore. If you do not rent a car, there are multiple taxi services that you can use. However, we recommend taking advantage of the free buses that operate around the entire town. There is also a bus for $6 that go from Canmore to Banff.

15% off best flexible rate- This option offers 15% off the BAR rate. Reservations made with this option require the first night + tax to be pre-paid at the time of booking. The remaining amount is charged upon check in. Bookings with this rate are cancellable up to 14 days prior to check in.

35% off the best flexible rate-This option gives you a 35% discount off the BAR rate. Reservations with this option are fully pre-paid at the time of booking and non-refundable. The deposit of the entire stay including taxes can not be refunded if cancelled.

Both discount options are available by calling the hotel directly at 403-609-8098. Each guest can decide whether they prefer the 15% refundable option or the 35% non-refundable option. Both options are offered by our reservation agents at the time of booking. The discounted options are not available when booking online.
