All guests are invited to a Welcome Dinner on August 18th at the Kickapoo Tavern located at the bottom of the slopes in River Run Village. Please join us for BBQ, beer, and wine.

Dress is casual, and bring an extra layer!

Our ceremony will take place at Timber Ridge at Keystone Resort.

The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM. Cocktail hour will follow. Dinner and dancing starts at 6:30 and goes until 11PM.

Please dress in cocktail attire, and be aware that the weather at 11,444 feet of elevation can be quite unpredictable (so ladies, bring an extra layer!).

Timber Ridge is located at the top of the mountain and is accessible only by two gondolas. You will take the first gondola from River Run Village. At the end of the first gondola ride, signs will point you to the second gondola which will take you to Timber Ridge.

**Please note that it will take 45 minutes to get from the base of the mountain to Timber Ridge!!**

Please join us for an after party at the 9280 Tap House immediately following the wedding!

We kindly ask that you leave your little ones at home. We do realize that the majority of you are traveling from out of town, so we are more than happy to help arrange child care for the night of our wedding. Luckily, we know quite a few pediatric nurses who are more than qualified to watch your kids!

Please be aware that you may feel a little (or a lot!) different at altitude. The altitude of Denver is 5,280 feet above sea level, the base of Keystone is 9,173 feet, and Timber Ridge is at 11,444 feet above sea level.

If you are dehydrated you may experience headaches and nausea. However, by drinking lots of water starting a few days before coming out to Colorado and continuing to stay hydrated while here, you should not notice any symptoms.

Also, be aware that alcohol hits you a little harder here, so go easy on the cocktails!
