Will there be transportation to and from the reception?

Yes! There will be a shuttle leaving from the Springhill Suites Marriot promptly at 4:00

After the reception an early shuttle with leave the reception at 9:00 and the last shuttle leaving at 11:00

What hotel should I stay at?

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Springhill Suites Marriot. Information will be linked to reserve your room. You will have up until 30 days prior to check in date to reserve your room at the discounted rate. Shuttle buses will only pick up and drop off from this location.

What should I wear?

The attire is garden formal, dancing shoes REQUIRED!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We ask our guests to drink responsibly and make use of the shuttle buses provided to and from hotel. Last call at reception venue is 9:30.
