Are kids allowed to attend the wedding/weekend events?
While our wedding will be limited to children of members of the wedding party and those participating in the wedding, we recommend Maisy Ru & Co. for guests traveling with little ones. They offer in-hotel childcare during the wedding weekend, and we’ll be using them for Carson during the rehearsal dinner and Saturday festivities.

What accommodations will be available for guests?
We’ve reserved a room block at The Vinoy, where our wedding celebrations will take place in Downtown St. Petersburg.
Transportation will be provided for guests attending the Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party on Friday evening, with pickup and drop-off at The Vinoy.
For details on room blocks, special rates, transportation, and recommended childcare services for guests traveling with children, please visit the Accommodations page on our website.
Can I extend my stay at the Vinoy outside of the two night room block?
Yes, you absolutely can! If you are planning on coming in town a day or two before or staying a day or two after the weekend’s events, once you book your room with the Vinoy room block link, it will ask if you would like to extend your stay for before or after the weekend’s events.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside in the Tea Garden and dinner and dancing to follow will be held inside in the Grand Ballroom.

Should I rent a car if I am coming from out of town?
We do not recommend getting a rental car, If you’re staying at the Vinoy. The Vinoy is located in Downtown St. Petersburg and everything is walking distance. Downtown has very limited parking and you would need to pay for parking at the Vinoy. Both nearby airports are super easy and an affordable price to Uber to and from the Vinoy.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present. Our professional photographers will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
