Can I extend my stay at the Vinoy outside of the two night room block?

Yes, you absolutely can! If you are planning on coming in town a day or two before or staying a day or two after the weekend’s events, once you book your room with the Vinoy room block link, it will ask if you would like to extend your stay for before or after the weekends events.

• Tampa International Airport (TPA) is 20 minutes away 

• Saint Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is 15 minutes away

Weekend Transportation

Transportation will be provided throughout Friday night’s festivities.

For those attending the Rehearsal Dinner, transportation will depart from The Vinoy at 4:45 PM following the ceremony rehearsal and will take guests directly to The Urban StillHouse.

For the Welcome Party, two Star Trolleys will transport guests between The Vinoy and The Urban StillHouse beginning at 6:30 PM and continuing throughout the evening until the conclusion of the event.

All transportation will pick up and drop off guests at the Palm Court Ballroom Porte Cochère, located at the rear of The Vinoy off 7th Avenue NE.

Childcare

While our wedding will be limited to the children participating in the wedding and those of our wedding party, we know some guests may be traveling with little ones.

If you need childcare during the wedding weekend, we highly recommend Maisy Ru & Co., who can provide care right at your hotel so you can enjoy the festivities worry-free.

We’ll be using them ourselves, as Carson will be spending time with their team throughout the weekend when he’s not participating in wedding activities. We feel very comfortable trusting them with our little guy and are happy to share this resource with our family and friends.
