Kids are welcome to all wedding events, however we'd like everyone to enjoy their time as much as possible. We are hiring babysitters (depending on how many kids attend) to watch kids in one of the larger hotel rooms after the ceremony during cocktail hour and reception. Dinner would be brought to the room and we will have a variety of toys, games, movies, etc. for them to enjoy. There is also plenty of grass near the rooms for kids to run and play with babysitter supervision. This is completely optional for guests with kids!

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie. The ceremony will be held on new grass, so we ask that any high-heeled shoes have a block heel.

It might be a little toasty during the ceremony so we encourage hats and sunglasses. The lows at night will be around 60-70 degrees.

The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors. Plan to wear sunscreen for the ceremony and a light sweater for the reception. Dancing will be indoors.

Yes there will be food and drinks served at the reception. We have chicken, salmon, beef, or vegetarian for our plated meal options. There will be an open bar during cocktail hour and dancing, then wine and beer during dinner.

After the ceremony, guests will head indoors for cocktail hour where there will be an open bar, passed signature margaritas and passed hors d'oeuvres.

All guests are invited to the Welcome Party on Friday at 7:00. There will be some passed hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. Following the wedding reception, we'll have an informal after party upstairs. Late night pizza, snacks, and drinks will be provided. A continental breakfast will also be provided at the Lodge on Sunday morning, followed by a pool day with snacks.

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Yes, we have blocked 20 rooms at Ventana Canyon Country Club. Guests are also recommended to stay at other nearby hotels or Airbnbs listed in the travel section.

We are registered with Crate & Barrel. We are also accepting monetary gifts to help fund our honeymoon. Please go to the registry tab to view our wishlist.

No, transportation will not be provided to and from hotels or Airbnbs. All wedding festivities will take place at the Ventana Canyon Country Clubhouse, walking distance to the rooms.

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag us in each photo so we can keep track!
