The Washington, DC area is served by three airports:

Thurgood Marshall Baltimore-Washington International (BWI)Airport

Ronald Reagan National Airport

Dulles Airport

Reagan and BWI are closest to the venues, all of which are very close to the Beltway (495). Metro is not your best choice between the hotel, the church, and the reception. If you will not have access to a car, please reach out to Chris or Mary and we'll do our best to help you find a ride between the venues.

We are happy to offer blocks at two very nice hotels (info below). The blocks are available through April 30, 2025. Though the blocks are only available on Friday and Saturday nights, if you plan to extend your stay in the DC area, you can reach out to the hotels directly.

If you will need a room, we STRONGLY recommend booking early. World Pride 2025 is happening in DC the same weekend and the crowd estimates are in the millions! If we exceed our initial block, the chances are not good that we will be able to add more rooms. If we can, they will likely be at a higher price.

This hotel is 11 miles from the church and 5.6 miles from the reception venue. Rooms in the block are available on Friday, June 6, and Saturday, June 7. You can choose a room with either two doubles or one king. The room rate is $159 per night plus taxes.

Parking is free and plentiful. Breakfast is not included in the price but is available to wedding guests at a discounted rate of $12 per person plus tax.

This hotel is 7.1 miles to the church and 14 miles to the reception venue. All rooms are two-room suites with a king bed in the main bedroom and a pull-out queen bed in the living area. Rooms are available for Friday, June 6, and Saturday, June 7. The nightly rate is $155 plus taxes.

The rate includes the evening reception with drinks and snacks (though you won't need that on Saturday) and a made-to-order breakfast. There are indoor and outdoor pools and a huge mall with multiple restaurant options is a few minutes away. Parking is in a nearby parking garage and the daily rate is $20.
