It all began in 2022—though we barely spoke at first, as life had us on different paths. Little did we know, the universe was quietly working behind the scenes. It wasn’t until we reconnected—single, a little shy, and our friend’s house, that our true beginning unfolded. That day, with four-wheelers and side-by-sides roaring around us, something unexpected sparked.

At first, it felt strange sitting together in the side-by-side—especially since we hadn’t exactly hit it off in the past. But once we broke the ice, turned up the music, and started jamming to “Move Shake Drop,” it was like the world around us melted away. From that moment, talking came naturally—and something deeper started to grow.

It wasn’t love at first sight, but something better. Something patient. After a few months of dating, love began to bloom. His calm and steady heart gave space for mine to heal, and slowly but surely, I realized just how deeply I was falling.

One of our most cherished memories is a trip to Sunfish with our closest friends. Covered in mud, flying down trails, laughing until our faces hurt—it was joy in its purest form. As the sun set, we held hands and I found myself watching him, thinking, “This is the life I prayed for.” I later learned that same day—the one etched in my heart—was the day he fell in love with me, too.

What we have is something rare. We bring out the best in each other. We dream, build, and grow together. Whether it’s simple date nights or spontaneous adventures, we’re always in sync—laughing, learning, and pushing one another to live life fully and authentically.

Then came the proposal—a surprise set against a waterfall at Allegheny, one of my favorite places. Surrounded by our best friends and nieces, I could barely believe what was happening. I must have said “SHUT UP” at least eight times in disbelief before the happy tears fell. It was magical, just like I always dreamed.

Now, we look forward to everything ahead. building a life, raising a family, and being the future parents we’ve always wanted to be. Our wedding day marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of a beautiful new one. We believe the universe brought us together for a reason—and we can’t wait to see where this journey takes us next.
