The ceremony will start promptly at 2:30 p.m. Please arrive no later than 2 p.m. to find parking and your seat so we can start on time. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted until after it has ended, so we encourage coming a bit early :).

Yes! We love to see our guests dress to impress! Formal attire is required! LADIES: Teacup-length to floor-length dresses or elegant pantsuits are perfect. We ask that you AVOID wearing all-black or all-white. GENTLEMEN : A suit and tie is required. If you’re looking for color inspiration, we encourage rich, romantic tones that reflect the season and the moody elegance of our day — think deep jewel hues like emerald green, plum, burgundy, navy, or even classic neutrals like taupe, champagne, or charcoal. We can’t wait to see you all dressed to celebrate!!

We have listed the wedding location on the invitations and our website. If you choose to stay at our selected hotel or Airbnb, we will arrange a shuttle service to bring you to your hotel if you can not drive at the end of the night (yes, your vehicle staying in the parking lot is allowed). Your vehicle will need to be picked up promptly by 9:30 a.m. the next morning.

Yes! There is a ramp for wheelchairs and our guests who can not use the steps.

We would like everyone to RSVP BY October 3rd,2025 . If you do not RSVP by that date, you will be marked as "not attending."Please understand that we can not take any late responses. We would love to celebrate with you, but we must provide an exact guest count to our vendors at the appropriate timeframe and cannot accept late RSVPs. Thank you for understanding!

If you received a plus one, your guest name will be under yours when you RSVP. To keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the individuals formally invited to your wedding invitation will be accommodated.

The ceremony and reception will be indoors as our wedding is in November. Living in the area we do, it can be warm and 65 degrees or 20 degrees and snowy. Please dress accordingly, and let's hope for a warmer November to enjoy the whole property! The venue does have large standing heaters for part of the outside, depending on how the day looks!

We have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event! We want to take this day not only for us but also for you to enjoy a night out and enjoy yourselves! As much as we love all of the little ones who are dear to us, we hope you understand!

YES! Our favorites will be unlimited! The open bar will be during cocktail hour and then will be closed during dinner. We will then open the bar back up for the rest of the night until about a half hour before the reception ends! The drinks will be flowing, and we’re ready to party!
