We are so excited to celebrate with you in Virginia's Little Switzerland (and the Bride's hometown). Highland County holds a very special place in our hearts, and we cannot wait to share this day with you!

A few things to keep in mind as you plan your trip to the least populated county east of the Mississippi River:

1. Lodging is limited. We have provided links to the Chamber of Commerce's list of lodging, as well as Airbnb and VRBO (some options may or may not be on each site).

2. You will be traveling over several mountains. We don't want anyone to be surprised by how the mountains can be sickening -- the Groom found that out his first trip to Highland.

3. Cell phone service is spotty. As you leave Augusta County and travel over the mountains, you will lose cellphone signal. You will be back in service once you enter Monterey. Keep in mind that your rental may only have WiFi -- you can really disconnect from the real world if you want to!
