We can't wait to celebrate with you in the stately home -Prestwold Hall! With guests coming from far and wide, we hope you find everything you need here to join us on our special day
You said the ceremony was outside- what happens if it rains?
Wrap up warm, but if it rains we will move inside to the library
Can I bring a plus one?/Is my plus one invited?
We wish our venue had the capacity to include more guests. We are currently capped right now! We will only be able to accommodate guests specified on your invite.
Formal dress code? What is that?
For men, a suit or tuxedo (not coat and tails).
For women, formal is usually a floor-length dress, but if you prefer a knee-length cocktail dress, then feel free! For women who prefer not to wear a dress, tailored attire such as a suit or jumpsuit is absolutely welcome- we want you to be comfortable! Remember to wrap up warm, but any outer layers don't have to be on the formal side.
For those from Lancashire or Yorkshire, the red or white rose as a corsage or boutonnière is encouraged.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please let us know as soon as possible, as it allows us to plan better, but the official cut off is 2nd Jan.
What if I won't know if I can attend until after the RSVP deadline?
We know things can be tricky to know so far in advance, but if this is the case get in touch with us and we can note it down!
Where will you guys be staying before and after the wedding?
We will be around Nottingham from Friday to Sunday around the weekend of the wedding. We will be staying in Jas' home town (a village called Meltham in West Yorkshire) before hand, and taking a trip up to Scotland with the Brauns afterward
Do we have to wear a hat?
There will be people there with hats and without hats. We think there will be a faily even split with women wearing hats and not wearing hats! We want you to be comfortable, so it's completely at your discretion. For men, hats aren't expected, but there may be some flat caps in the crowd, as this is a Yorkshire bride...
