Three 23-passenger shuttle buses will be outside the Courtyard by Marriott Santa Monica. Please look for "Carlson-Wallace Wedding" signage on the shuttle bus door/window. They will depart approximately ~4:45p.m. If a shuttle bus is full, it potentially will depart early. If a shuttle bus is not completely full, it will wait after 4:45p.m. (accounting for traffic conditions). Pending holiday traffic, shuttles will arrive at the Bel-Air Bay Club ~5:30-5:45p.m.

For those who indicated that they are driving + parking at the venue / taking a ride-share app and being dropped off at the venue, please plan to arrive anytime between 5:30p.m. - 5:45p.m./5:50p.m.

Taking place outside on The Lawn; water and ice tea will be available as refreshments.

Drinks + passed hors d'oeuvres will be available! Two spaces will be open: The Courtyard (outside) as well as The Living Room (inside)
