What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by [date].

What if I can’t make it?

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a guest?

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Can I bring my kids?

We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at the home.

Is parking available at the venue?

For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking.

Where should I stay?

We have reserved hotel room blocks for guests at the Hershey Lodge. Please see our Travel Page for more information on booking your stay.

Will transportation be provided?

We have arranged for a shuttle to transport guests to and from the hotel and the venue. Please meet in front of the hotel at [time] pm. The shuttle will return to the hotel at [time] pm.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside (weather dependent). The reception will be inside.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is cocktail attire. For men, we suggest a suit, or blazer, and button down with pants. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please plan on arriving at 3:00 pm to give yourself time to get a drink and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 3:30 pm.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes!! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate!!

What happens after the ceremony?

After we say “I do,” we welcome you to join us for cocktail hour where we will serve beer, wine, cocktails, and light hors d’oeuvres. We will take our seats for dinner at [time].
