We have arranged for a shuttle to transport guests to and from the hotel and the venue.

Pickup Location: All shuttles will be picking up directly outside the hotel’s main entrance. Please be ready and waiting outside at your designated time.

We’ve reached out to everyone who booked a room within our hotel block. If you didn’t hear from us, please get in touch so we can ensure you’re assigned to a shuttle!

Early Hotel Check-In: Guests may call ahead prior to arrival at the hotel to see if their room is ready for early check in. While the hotel will do its best to accommodate, early check-in is not guaranteed. We recommend arriving at the hotel dressed and ready for the wedding. Please be at the shuttle pickup location at least 5 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

Luggage: You may leave your bags in your car or check them with the hotel’s bell stand upon arrival.

Venue to Hotel: (Shuttles are not assigned for the return trip—feel free to take any available shuttle.)
