For guests staying on-site, all events are a short walking distance apart from one another. However, there is also an on-site shuttle available for guests attending the wedding. For guests staying off-site at The Best Western, there will be plenty of on-site parking available.
What is the dress code?
Black tie optional; formal attire required. What does this mean? It is acceptable for men to wear a dark colored suit with a tie and for women to wear a full length dress, not limited by color. But, guests who still want to get out their fanciest formalwear will not feel out of place.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.
Are children invited to the wedding?
We understand most guests are traveling a distance, so children are welcome to attend the welcome party on Friday and the farewell brunch on Sunday. However, we respectfully request that all events on the day of the wedding be adults only. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
