We met on New Year’s Eve 2014 at a banquet hall event in Vaughan—one neither of us wanted to attend. But fate (and the seating chart) had other plans, and we ended up at the same table. After talking most of the night, we went on our first real date a week later.

From there, things grew naturally. We spent more time together, met each other’s friends and families, and slowly built a life around the things we both enjoyed — weekend food adventures, travelling to new places, and most importantly, cozy nights at home.

Fast forward to 2022, we moved in together and bought a condo—just around the corner from the banquet hall where it all began, eight years earlier. Then, in the summer of 2024, in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia, Matt & Viv got engaged.

Now, we're incredibly excited to bring our favorite people together in beautiful Tuscany to celebrate this next chapter.
