For those spending the weekend with us, check in is anytime from 3pm, Friday, 29 September 2023 & departure is 10am, Sunday, 1 October 2023. Tents are equipped with twin or double beds, cotton linen, towels, extra blankets, luggage rack, bed-end table, bedside tables with lamps, a USB charger, chairs, and coat hook. There are fully equiped self-catering facilities at your disposal. We'll see to supper on the Friday evening for those staying over, and of course, you'll be treated to a meal on the big day, but please bring along food and snacks for the rest of your stay (Matt has requested that someone bring him sour worms LOL). Bring your own swimming towels and costumes if you feel like going for a dip and also warm clothes as Elgin cools down most evenings. Be sure to bring along some bug spray if you aren't a fan of things that go bump in the night (we will be glamping, so we may have some uninvited guests). No parking or driving between tents, park in designated areas only. Stay on the roads at all time, the speed limit is 30km/h. Do not approach or disturb wildlife. No pets are allowed. No fires except in firepits or designated areas. Smoking is only allowed at the firepits. Music volume must be set at suitable levels taking into consideration neighbours and animals. Lastly, to find your way simply type "Cherry Glamping" into your GPS.

Something borrowed, something blue, our request is black for all of you! (please dress in black, formal attire).

Would you prefer meat or fish? Any dietary restrictions? (allergies/vegetarian etc). All guests who require halaal catering will be accounted for (please still include your preferred choice). Kindly inform us of your choice and any additional information when you RSVP.

This will be an unplugged ceremony, so please no devices until the knot is tied. Our photographer is awesome and we thought of this, we swear, we'll share all the beautiful photos with the utmost care! For the rest of the day feel free to snap away, we would love to see things from your persepective. Please use the hashtag #DavidsWedding when posting on socials, this way it's easy for us to track all of the beautiful memories captured <3.

Dinner is on us, drinks are on you. We have chosen a cash bar so please bring along cash or a card to enjoy bar service after pre-drinks come to an end. FYI - to those staying over, you are more than welcome to BYOB to enjoy throughout the weekends' festivities.

If you are thinking of getting us a gift to help us on our way, cash or vouchers towards our new home would really make our day. Please don't go overboard or rob any banks, any little thing will make us smile (give thanks).
