*Check-in time is 3:00pm or later.

*Check-out time is any time prior to 12:00pm.

*Group Rates are based on availability at the time of booking. Cutoff date for group rate reservations is July 8, 2024 by 12:00pm Mountain Time for the Espen / Hernandez Wedding group block.

*Rate is based on Single or Double occupancy Standard Room Type. High Floor Rooms and More Than Two Adults & Two Children Increases the Rate Each Night. (Max Occupancy Of 4 People).

* Breakfast is Included for the Espen / Hernandez Wedding group Monday - Friday 6:30am - 9am and Saturday and Sunday 7am - 10am.

*Deposit for the full stay will become non-refundable at 10:00am 4 days prior to arrival.

*In the event of individual guest room Cancellation, Date Changes and Length of Stay Changes kindly give a 4-day notice (by 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time) prior to arrival or a fee for the full stay will be charged. Early departures will be charged for the full stay.
