Elysia is my younger sister, friend, cat, and roomate! She is quirky, fun, and deeply loyal! She always knows how to make me laugh and will dance for me upon request. She is gracious with me when I am forgetful and patient when helping me process. I have been so blessed to grow with her in this new and fun phase of life and excited to grow in marriage together!

Melina is my baby sister! She is silly, kind, and faithful. We love to bond over our awkward personalties and Gilmore Girls! Melina always makes me smile and listens to me without judgement. It has been such a joy to see her grow and mature in her faith. As she prepares for college, I am excited to see how she will grow and how the Lord will use her for His glory!

Mikayla is my older sister, friend, and childhood dance partner! Mikayla is fun, joyful, and caring. She doesn't know a stranger and has been a beam of joy, love and laughter in my life. And she has always been willing to do anything to make me laugh. I am thankful I get to learn from her example as a wife, mother, and follower of Christ!

Nickelette is my oldest sister, wedding planner, and a true inspiration to me as a loving wife and mother. Nickelette is wise, sincere, and considerate. She is quick to serve and advocates well for those she loves. I am thankful to have her as a friend and mentor, and thankful that I can always count on her to nerd out about Harry Potter with me!

Stepha is my favorite sister-in-law and is truly a sister to me! Stepha is creative, spontaneous, and passionate. Though we are so far apart, she never ceases to care for me and encourage me in Christ. She has been an example of faith and vulnerability in my life, and I am beyond thankful for that! I can credit her for my love for RomComs, Pride and Prejudice, and Harry Potter!

Jana is my longtime best friend and study partner (high school and nursing school)! Her smile is infectious and it brings joy to my heart just thinking about it. Jana is bold, loving and resilient. In the highs and lows of our lives, I am thankful to have her to mourn with me, rejoice with me, and to pray for me. I will never cease to try to make her laugh and she will never cease to give me the warmest hugs. What a gift it is to have her example of enduring faith and love, I pray to trust the Lord as she does.

Haely is my dearest friend and favorite travel partner. Haely is faithful, personal, and deeply considerate. Her presence is kind and inviting. Her and I are kindred spirits. With little explanation, Haely always knows exactly what I mean and just the right way to respond. I am inspired by her pursuit of the Lord, knowledge of His Word, and love for others. It has been a true blessing to serve alongside her overseas and I pray to be able to again!

Joshua is my older brother and lifelong best friend. He currently lives in Pullman, Washington, where he works as a contract archeologist. Joshua is adventurous, brave, and loyal. He loves to travel to new places and has been to cities all over the world. He also hopes to get a dog soon! Joshua has always been there for me. I am thankful to have an older brother like him and honored that he will be the best man at our wedding.

Dom is my best friend from high school, brother in Christ, and hands down the funniest person I know. Dom is hard-working, talented, and a natural leader. More than anyone else, he knows how to make me laugh and see the bright side of life. Dom currently lives in Durango, Colorado, where he coaches football at Fort Lewis College. If you hear any Jack Johnson songs at our wedding, you can be sure that they are playing in honor of him!

Lu is my best friend from college and one of my favorite people to spend time with. Lu is genuine, intelligent, and friendly. We have known each other for four years – almost the whole time that I was a student at UNM. We like to try new restaurants, talk about books, and read the Bible together over coffee. I am so thankful that God gave Lu and I the opportunity to become such close friends, and I am excited to see Lu finish his PhD next year!

Thad is one of my greatest inspirations and my dearest brother in Christ. I met him at the beginning of last year, around the time that I was coming to faith. Thad is thoughtful, disciplined, compassionate, and spontaneous. We enjoy going on runs together and talking about all of the things that God is teaching us. I am deeply thankful for my friendship with Thad and excited to see what the Lord has next for him.
