Q + A

Can I bring a plus one?

We kindly ask that only those with names on your invitation join us for our wedding and reception. We thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring my child/children?

While we do love your children, we request that this be an adult-only wedding and celebration. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is Semi-formal. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will take place in a Catholic Church, and we ask that guests be respectful in their attire. We also ask that guests dress to impress and refrain from denim. Thank you!

Will there be parking at the Church and Venue?

Parking at Blessed Sacrament is free and abundant. Parking at The Skyline is also free, but there is limited parking on the side streets. There is a free parking lot a block away from the venue at the corner of E. Houston and Hackberry. There will be security directing you to the lot. However, we highly recommend rideshare to The Skyline as the parking lot will not be monitored by security.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 10 minutes before the procession which begins at 2pm.

What can we do between the ceremony & cocktail hour?

Please check the "Post-ceremony / Weekend Activities" tab for spots to visit before photo/cocktail hour. We have included drive time for reference between these spots and our venue. We do suggest arriving with an appetite to photo/cocktail hour as complimentary hors d'oeuvre will be served.

What time should I arrive to Photo Hour?

Please arrive by 5pm for Photo Hour on the rooftop of The Skyline. Enjoy complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvers while listening to a live String Duo.

What is Photo Hour?

Photo Hour is something we came up with that will take place simultaneously with cocktail hour. Something we are looking forward to on our wedding day is spending time together and dancing the night away. Photo hour gives us the opportunity to greet and take professional photos with our guests during cocktail hour. This way, we are not being withdrawn from celebrating during the night for photos. Thank you and we hope you take the time to participate in this with us!
