Where Are the Ceremony and Reception Taking Place?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held- on-site at the Hudson House.
What Is The Dress Code?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal (black tie optional). Ladies can wear floor length or tea length dresses. Gentleman can wear a suite & tie. No jeans or khakis please!
What Is the Easiest Way to Get To/From The Wedding Venue?
If you are staying at the hotel that the bride and groom have blocked rooms off, a shuttle service will be provided to/from the venue that night. Pick up times will be in your welcome bag!
If you are not staying at the hotel, free Valet service is available at the Hudson House!
Can I Bring A Date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Am I Allowed To Bring My Children?
We love our little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception to an adults-only event with the expectation of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Will There Be A Bar?
Yes! Beer, wine, top-shelf liquor, three specialty cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!
Can I Take Pictures?
We are having an "unplugged cermoney" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, fell free to take as many photos and videos as you please! There will even be a QR code to upload all the photos to a shared album at the end of the night!
Is There An After Party?
We don't want the party to stop so please join the bride and groom for an afterparty from 10pm - midnight at the rooftop bar of the Hudson House with your to-go pizza supplied at the end of the night!
Do I Have to Order Dinner Ahead of Time?
Absolutely not! Dinner will be made to order on the night of the event.
