When and how should I RSVP?
We ask that all our guests RSVP by August 1st either on this website or by texting us at (417) 496-4346.
Can I bring my children to the wedding?
Our ceremony and reception will be child-free, unless explicitly listed on your invitation. We kindly ask that you make arrangements ahead of time, and take the day as an opportunity for a night off!
Can I bring a plus one?
We are so blessed to have a large number of family and friends! Because of this, we are only able to accommodate the individual(s) listed on your invitation.
Is there a dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal for our evening. No jeans or cowboy boots, please!
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. This will give everyone time to use the restroom and find a seat!
What do I do if I or my family cannot attend?
You will be missed! We ask that you decline the RSVP through our website or send us a text letting us know at (417)496-4346.
Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?
Yes! Both ceremony and reception will be held at Juniper Gardens.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give to us is to be fully present as we say our I do's. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.
Where do I park?
There is a gravel parking lot on site at the venue. The parking lot holds up to 42 cars, so we suggest carpooling if possible! The venue is approximately 40 minutes outside of Springfield, so Ubers/Lyfts will be limited. Please keep this in mind when it comes to alcohol consumption, as we do not condone drinking and driving!
Is there an open bar or a cash bar?
We are excited to be able to serve complimentary beer, wine, and seltzers. The bar will open after the ceremony! We will not be serving any liquor or mixed drinks due to venue policies. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing your own liquor to the venue.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Juniper Gardens is a completely outdoor venue with the exception of the bathrooms. The ceremony will be held at the Fireplace and reception under the pavilion. September can be a temperamental month weather wise, so please keep that in mind when dressing for the occasion.
