We have an unconventional love story. Matthew was living in South Bend, IN and Heather in Greenwood, IN. Luckily the technology of dating apps connected the two of us with a spark that continues to grow after we officially started dating in January of 2023!

After many hours of Facetime, Phone calls, and Halfway Meetups in Kokomo, Indiana we decided to start a future together in South Bend. In September, Heather was blessed with a new job in South Bend working at Beacon's Memorial Hospital. Living just 20 minutes away has provided so many hidden blessings to us!

In our time of love and adventure, we have had so much fun learning about each other and growing with the Lord. He has blessed us both in numerous ways and we are forever thankful for his provision! We have called Gospel City Church home and are getting involved with the young adult's Bible studies and more.

We love to take last minute adventures and try new cuisines together. We have been to Canada, Tennessee, Illinois, Missouri, and many other fun communities in and around South Bend! Our favorite cuisine is Indian, but we love a local Venezuelan restaurant too!
