Kent Island is connected to the mainland via the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. The nearest airport is BWI (~50mins), followed by DCA (~1hr), Dulles (~1.5hrs), and PHL (~1.7hrs). Kent Island is highly rural and cars are essential to get around.

Rideshare Apps

If arriving from BWI, Uber or Lyft to the Kent Island hotels costs approximately ~$100. However, while getting a ride to the area is relatively easy, rideshares are not readily available on Kent Island and we would not recommend relying on it to get around.

We will be running a free shuttle from our recommended hotels near the Kent Narrows (Best Western, Hyatt, Holiday Inn, and Hilton) to the venue on Saturday. It will start picking up guests at 3:50 pm, we suggest being the lobby by 3:45 pm so there are no delays.

The shuttle will also drop off at those venues at the end of the night (10pm - 11pm). Please consider using the shuttle if you plan to drink at our wedding! We want to make sure everyone gets home safely.

For those who prefer to drive to the venue or need flexibility to leave earlier, there are ~40 parking spots immediately adjacent to the venue (shown below).

If the lot fills up, there is also overflow parking on adjacent streets, which the venue coordinators will direct you to if needed.
