Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

The wedding day ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be taking place on site at the THesis Hotel. All spaces are primarily outdoors with at least partial coverage or shade and optional indoor access. Please arrive at the main lobby of the hotel and you will be directed accordingly.

DÓNDE SERÁN LA CEREMONIA Y LA RECEPCIÓN?

El día de la boda, la ceremonia, la hora del cóctel y la recepción se llevarán a cabo en el Hotel THesis, todo en el mismo lugar. Los espacios son principalmente al aire libre, con sombra o techos parciales y acceso interior opcional. Llega al lobby principal del hotel y allí te indicarán a dónde ir.

What if it rains?

Rain or shine, the celebration will go on! Our ceremony and reception are planned outdoors, but we have an indoor space on-site ready to keep everyone dry and dancing if needed. Either way, love is in the forecast. And as they say—rain on your wedding day is a sign of good luck and a lasting marriage!

Llueva o truene, la celebración continúa! La ceremonia y la recepción están planeadas al aire libre, pero también contamos con un espacio techado en el mismo lugar para mantener a todos secos y bailando si es necesario. De cualquier forma, es tiempo de amor! Y como dicen... lluvia el día de la boda es señal de buena suerte y de un matrimonio duradero!

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION OR PARKING?

The ceremony and reception will be held on-site at the hotel, where we have reserved a block of rooms for your convenience. For those choosing alternative accommodations or arriving by car, limited street parking, garage self-parking, and valet parking is available.

For the Welcome Party, there is near by self parking (pay-by-phone) as well as valet parking available. If arriving by private boat/yacht and need docking information & reservations, please call (305) 707-4667, or email hello@regattagrove.com.

HABRÁ TRANSPORTE O ESTACIONAMIENTO?

La ceremonia y la recepción serán en el hotel, donde hemos reservado un bloque de habitaciones para mayor comodidad. Si te hospedas en otro lugar, el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento adentro y afuera del edificio y valet parking.

Para la Fiesta de Bienvenida, hay estacionamiento disponible (pay-by-phone), así como valet parking. Si llega en bote o yate privado y necesita información sobre amarre o reservas, por favor llame al (305) 707-4667 o escriba a hello@regattagrove.com.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our ceremony and reception be adults-only. We hope this gives you the chance to unwind, celebrate, and enjoy a special evening with us. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home. The Welcome Party venue is 21+ after sunset (7PM).

PUEDO LLEVAR A MIS HIJOS?

Aunque amamos a tus peques, te pedimos amablemente que la ceremonia y la recepción sean solo para adultos. Queremos que aproveches la ocasión para relajarte, celebrar y disfrutar de una noche especial con nosotros. Gracias por hacer los arreglos con anticipación y dejar a los niños en casa!

El lugar es solo para mayores de 21 años en las noches.
