Dave was so new to Washington, D.C. when he met Maureen that he asked her to pick the spot for our first date. And that's where our love story was born.

Maureen found Dave easy to talk to, and liked his sense of humor. Dave liked that Maureen was also from the Midwest, and was into sports. They extended their first date by watching a Cubs/Cardinals game at a second bar (RIP D.C. Reynolds).

Despite Dave's weird work schedule and an ensuing global pandemic, Maureen and Dave's relationship endured. We welcomed Banana, our Goldendoodle puppy, in 2021.

Dave now works normal hours, and he and Maureen have traveled to three different continents since that first date in Washington, D.C. We're so excited to host you for our wedding, and want to thank you for being a part of our special day.
