Our wedding is at Marriott Ranch, a beautiful bed and breakfast along the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia Hunt Country. The ranch is roughly an hour west of Dulles International Airport. The address is on this website's home page.

The bridal party and immediate family of the bride and groom will be staying at the venue. However, we have reserved blocks of hotel rooms nearby and are arranging transportation. Please see the Travel tab on this website for more details.

We recommend flying in to Dulles (IAD) in Virginia. The hotels in Gainesville are about a half-hour drive from Dulles. Reagan National (DCA) is about 45 minutes from the hotels in Gainesville.

If you are staying at one of the hotel blocks we reserved, renting a car is not necessary. Ubers/taxis will be available to and from the airport and the hotel (public transportation is not available). Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the welcome party Friday and our wedding Saturday for guests staying at the SpringHill Suites and Hampton Inn in Gainesville-Haymarket (please see additional details below). However, if you are traveling in early or staying late and would like to explore the area and the many wonderful wineries and/or parks nearby, we recommend renting a car.

Final RSVPs are due May 7, 2025, one month before our wedding.

Unfortunately, space at the venue is limited and we are unable to accommodate children or plus-ones unless they are otherwise invited. We hope you understand and can make arrangements accordingly.

We will host a welcome party for guests Friday, June 6 at Barrel Oak Winery in Delaplane, VA. Transportation to and from the winery will be provided. Please note that bus pickup from the hotels in Gainesville will happen only once - between 5:30-6pm - so please plan your travel and flights accordingly.

Yes, buses will transport guests to and from the SpringHill Suites Gainesville Haymarket, the Hampton Inn Gainesville-Haymarket and the wedding venue.

Wear whatever makes you feel good about yourself. However, keep in mind that this will be an outdoor ceremony on grass and an open-air reception.
