Flying In/Getting Around KC
Airport
The best airport to fly into is Kansas City International Airport (MCI). It is a 30 minute drive to the Plaza (the area that most wedding events are being held). Ubers/Lyfts are easily accessible at the airport.
Getting Around KC
Unless you are planning to rent a car, the best option for getting around KC is Uber/Lyft. Transportation to the ceremony and reception will be provided from the Intercontinental Hotel.
Accommodations
InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza
We have a room block at the Intercontinental Hotel, which overlooks the beautiful Country Club Plaza. The Plaza is filled with retail stores and amazing restaurants.
Buses to pick up and drop off guests at both the ceremony and reception will be at the Intercontinental.

Airbnbs/VRBO
There are dozens of Airbnbs/VRBOs for groups to book. Most wedding events will be held in/around the Plaza so be mindful you aren't too far from the Plaza when booking! Some nearby neighborhoods you might be interested include Plaza/South Plaza/West Plaza, Westwood, and Brookside.
