Another great bonus to coming to our wedding is you get to see the Pacific Northwest at one of the most wonderful times of the year :)

Here are a few recommendations of what to do in your free time.

Oregon has some amazing vineyards and the Willamette Valley is known in particular for its Pinot Noirs!

Head southwest to Newberg, Dundee, and McMinnville for cute towns and fancy vineyards.

Some of our favorite vineyards: Stoller, Bjornson, and Abbey Road

Oregon has some gorgeous cold and rocky coastline. Explore the tide pools and feel the power of the Pacific ocean.

Check out Cannon Beach, Newport, and anywhere in between. Stop by the Tillamook Cheese Factory on the way.

Waterfalls galore! See the famous Multnomah Falls and many more gorgeous waterfalls along the way! Make your way to Hood River to watch kite surfing and drink tasty beer.

Portland has lots of amazing food (restaurants and many food trucks), fun shops (think trinkets and vintage clothes), and beautiful neighborhoods to stroll around.

Great strips to walk along include NW 21st and 23rd street, Alberta, Hawthrone, East Burnside, and Division.

Just outside of Portland is Forest Park, which is a large area with lots of beautiful nature.

You'll be in Portland, a.k.a. The City of Roses, during June which is peak rose time! Check out the International Rose Test Garden within Forest Park to see hundreds of varieties of blooming roses and its FREE!
