When is the last day to RSVP?

Please RSVP no later than Sunday, March 5, 2023.

How do I RSVP?

Please RSVP online using the "RSVP" option at the top of this website. If you are having any issues or do not feel comfortable using the online RSVP please reach out to us.

What should I do if I cannot attend the wedding?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Are my kids welcome?

Although we love your children, in order to give our guests (and parents!) a night of relaxation and fun we respectfully request no children. We thank you for making plans ahead of time.

Can I bring a date?

We wish to spend our big day with our closest family and friends and have a strict guest list due to venue capacity. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invite.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Please wear your best cocktail attire as our dress code is semi-formal/cocktail. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or sports coat.

Is there parking available?

There is a free parking garage right next to the venue.

Are there hotel accommodations?

A block of rooms has been reserved under "Lewandowski/Ryan" at Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Arlington Heights/South.

When should I book my hotel room by?

To ensure you are apart of the wedding block please book your rooms by March 9, 2023.

Is there transportation between the hotel and the venue?

A shuttle from the hotel to the venue will be provided along with a shuttle from venue to hotel after the celebration.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

There is a ramp to enter along with an elevator inside the venue for easy access.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We ask that you be present with us during our unplugged ceremony. We ask that you please put any cameras, phones or devices away and on silent. We have a wonderful photographer and will be sure to share the photos!

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, we will be taking photos for about an hour with family and friends. Guests can head straight to cocktail hour down the hall for hor d'oeuvres and drinks.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies, what is the best way to let you know?

No problem! There will be a place to indicate when you RSVP so we can accommodate.
