Bridesmaids
Camry - Maid of Honor
The best third Birthday present I could have ever asked for. My best friend, my other half, my sister. There was absolutely no way I could do this without Camry by my side. It’s just been the two of us for our entire lives, and then... Greg came along! It took a while for Camry to warm up to him, after all I was her best friend and other half first! But Camry quickly came to realize that Greg wasn’t going anywhere, and she should probably try to like him ;) Turns out he’s the brother she never knew she needed! We are so excited to have Camry standing by our side, and as my maid of honor.
Laura - Bridesmaid
The longest friend I’ve ever had. My best friend. Laura is one of the rare friend’s you have where you can always, always pick right back up where we left off, no matter the time or distance that have been in between. We grew up together and we’ve been through it all. Some of my most favorite and cherished memories are times spent with Laura and the entire Gaylord family- from learning to drive while seated on her dad’s lap with her in the passenger seat, jumping off cliffs in the woods and swimming up rapids my mom definitely didn’t know about, my first beer in her boat house, learning what a hangover was from her older brothers, countless road trips to cities and ski hills galore. I am so honored, excited and happy to have Laura standing by my side.
Nicole - Bridesmaid
Nicole Tognetti, my little mini me, puddin pop, the first babygirl I ever loved (second to your brother of course), my not so little anymore baby cousin. I’ve watched her grow up while I grew up! It means so much to me, to have Nicole, standing with me on my wedding day. Nicole and the rest of the Tognetti clan actually had a front row seat to the very beginning of Greg and McKenzie, ha! “GP86” that is, if you know, you know. ;) She is my best family, my best girl, it only makes sense to me, that she is standing with us, we are thrilled to have her up there on the big day.
Haley - Bridesmaid
My first Kinderwood friend. We’ve grown up together, we’ve gone out into the world, separate ways and yet we always find our way back to each other! I value our friendship, and I’m so glad to have her in my life. To have always had her in my life. My true forever friend. There’s no way I could do this without her. It means so much to have her standing by my side on the biggest day of my life.
Mallory - Bridesmaid
I can still remember playing in the basement of Mallory’s old white lake house, and having sleepovers upstairs in her bunk beds... to the awkward teen years and making our first AIM accounts in the play room upstairs! We’ve grown up together and been through it all. Mallory is one of my oldest and truest friends, and I adore and value our friendship so much, forever and ever! I couldn’t imagine doing this without her by my side, I wouldn’t have it any other way!
Kate - Bridesmaid
I’ve loved Kate, Greg’s sister, as a sister since pretty close to the beginning, and we’ve already been sisters far longer than either of us know. She welcomed me into the family with open arms, (she was the sibling I was most worried about impressing) but I didn’t have to impress her, we simply just fell right into place and I’ve loved her so much ever since. It’s an absolute honor to have her by my side the day I marry her brother.
Alexa - Bridesmaid
We started off as the “brother’s girlfriends” and we’ve grown into the sisters we never thought we were going to have. I adore Alexa, the family she has built together with Steve and the life we share together as the Palmer clan. I can’t wait to raise our kids together and all the fun we are going to have! And there was absolutely one thing I knew for sure, that it would mean so much to me to have her there by my side as my friend, my sister, and my family for one of the biggest days of my life so far!
Groomsmen
Steve - Best Man
My older brother, the one who taught me what not to do growing up. Steve is a great influence for me, whether I want to admit it or not. He is someone I can look up to and compete with, and without a doubt we can always have a good time together. I’m happy to have him by my side on the big day.
Tim - Groomsman
My younger brother, the one who I taught what not to do growing up. Tim helps me work through the handyman jobs, even when he doesn’t volunteer for them. Not only are we brothers, but the best of friends who always pick up where we left off. As excited as he is to be next to me for our wedding, we are more excited to have him with us.
Matt - Groomsman
Rog. We spent all of our time together in college, studying (Matt), going to football practices, weight sessions, film sessions, and away trips. I always made sure we packed everything necessary for those trips, Matt never worried about a thing. Living together and competing together were some of the best times of our lives. An easy phone call away, we keep up with each other and make sure we are pushing in the right direction. I’m looking forward to Matt being there for McKenzie and I, The Three Musketeers!
Jacob - Groomsman
Jacob and I studied (Jacob) together throughout college and learned a lot from each other, I more than him. He is one of my best friends and is always down to have a good time. Jacob is as loyal as they come and someone I know I can count on. I can definitely count on him being at any sporting event with a cold drink in his hand. I couldn’t imagine getting married without him by my side.
Shane - Groomsman
Shuggg, my roommate in our suite. We have plenty of stories that could be told, but we’ll save those for the bachelor party. Shane was one of my first friends at college and we’ve been through many ups and downs together. Most of the downs were Halloween costume choices, but we pulled them off. Shane is a top notch friend who would drop anything to help his wingman out. Definitely couldn’t be getting married without him. Mav and Goose live on.
Troy - Groomsman
Whether we are on a golf course or somewhere on the water, Troy and I have fun together. Usually included is some type of good beer. I’m not sure if I will ever drive a ford, but I know where to go if I have a change in heart. It’s easy for us to pick up where we left off, even when we haven’t gotten together in a while. Catch us on the dance floor for some questionable moves come wedding day. I’m excited to have Troy with me when we tie the knot.
