The American Dream Mall has been open for a couple years now and is quite the experience. Having an amusement and water park as well as a full ski slope- there is more to do here than just shop. The mall has a full blown food court along with many resturants to dine at if you are staying in the area prior to the wedding. They also have mini golf, escape rooms and many more activities to do for all ages.
If you are coming from out of the area and are looking for dinner and a show ( but don't want to go into the city) there is Medieval Times. Get transported back to the past where knights, dragons and dungeons existed in the normal. This venue has dinner, drinks and a tournament featuring knights jousting and fighting. Have fun and joust responsibly.
