From Rt. 4 East Bound:

After Crossing Passaic River Bridge, proceed to fourth traffic light ( Midland Ave). Turn right onto Midland Ave, proceed approximately 3 miles. Royal Manor will be on the left (Pass crossing with Outwater Lane)

From Rt. 4 Westbound

Turn right onto 26th St in Fairlawn. Keep left to go onto Plaza Road and cross Route 4. Turn first right onto Ellington Road and first left onto Midland Ave, proceed approximately 3 miles. Royal Manor will be on the left. (Pass crossing with Outwater Lane)

From Route 80:

Take Exit 62A, Follow signs to Midland Ave. Turn left onto Midland Ave and proceed approximately 1.5 miles. Royal Manor will be on the left.(Pass crossing with Outwater Lane)

From Rt. 46 Eastbound:

Proceed 1/2 mile past Parkway Diner and take Exit for Outwater Lane. Turn right onto Outwater lane and left onto Midland Ave (at first traffic light). Royal Manor will be on the left (Six blocks away)

From Rt. 46 Westbound:

Exit at Outwater Lane. Turn Left onto Outwater Lane and left onto Midland Ave (At first traffic light). Royal Manor will be on the left. (Six blocks away)

From Garden State Parkway Northbound:

Take Exit 159. Keep right to go onto New Pehle Ave and turn left onto Midland Ave, proceed approximately 1.5 miles. Royal Manor will be on left. ( Pass crossing with Outwater Lane)

From Garden State Parkway Southbound:

Take Exit 159. Keep right, follow signs for Saddle Brook and turn right onto Midland Ave, approximately 1.5 miles. Royal Manor will be on left. (Pass crossing with Outwater Lane)

From Rt 17 Northbound:

Take Exit 13 for Ackerman Lodi. Turn left onto Essex Street aand follow to go to Market Street. Turn left onto Midland Ave, proceed for 1 mile. Royal Manor will be on the left (Pass crossing with Outwater Lane)

From Rt 17 Southbound:

Take exit at Essex Street, Lodi. Turn right onto Essex Street and follow to go to Market Street. Turn left onto Midland Ave, proceed for 1 mile. Royal Manor will be on the left. (Pass crossing with Outwater Lane)

From Rt 21 Northbound:

Take exit at Essex St, Lodi. Turn right onto Ackerman Ave and follow it to go onto Outwater Lane. Turn right onto Midland Ave. Royal Manor will be on the left. (Six blocks away)

From NJ Turnpike North:

Take exit 16W to Route 3 West to 21 North - See above

From Lincoln Tunnel:

Take Route 3 West to 21 North - See above

From George Washington Bridge:

Take Route 80 - See above
