Martine is among Medgine's five mothers. She grew up to love and admire Martine's ambition and entrepreneurial mind. She is one praye warriors. Medgine can still remember the day when Martine contacted her, describing a young man. She also remembers laughing in my heart because she already knew that Martine was speaking of Belschatsar, who visited the family church two Sabbaths prior to Martine having the conversation with her. She taught Medgine a very powerful lesson during the preparations for the engagement party. Medgine was indecisive in choosing between two dresses that she purchased. When Medgine asked Martine which one She should pick for the party, Martine answered, saying: Why not wear both? The principle is simple: We must not always make life into an "either,or" journey. The journey comes with its many options and sometimes you can pick multiple. During this planning process Martine has been a mentor and a prayer partner.

Rose! From church to high school and beyond, Rose remained one of Medgine's closest friends. She is strong, intelligent and driven. They 've always wanted to be related; Since they couldn't be sisters nor cousins, they instead became " makome". Rose has blossomed into a beautiful woman, a loving wife and caring mother. It is an honor to have her as our maid of honor.

Loranda is Medgine's favorite cousin. She is sincere, humble and adventurous. She has been there for Medgine on countless occasions. “My relationship with Medgine is like two peas in a pod. I can share personal information with Medgine without fear of judgment, shame, or guilt. She is a very honest and loving individual, whose beauty radiates externally but most importantly internally. Medgine choosing me as a bridesmaid made me thrilled with a hint of butterflies. This wedding will be one on the books. I am excited to see my cousin fulfill her next chapter.”

Norma has always inspired Medgine with her sweetness and kindness. She is a big sister to Medgine : “Medgine is my cousin by marriage. From the moment I met her I automatically adopted her as my little sister. She is beautiful inside and out. When I look at her I see a perfect earthly example of Gods love ❤️. She is a blessing to our family and I know she will be a blessing to the Bonzil family as well. I just love how Medgine & Belchazar love each other and I am most honored to be part of this ceremony. I wish them all the blessings God sees fit for them, their union, and their future family together. ❤️Norma”.

My brother, Belschatsar, has to be the most genuine, fair and honest person I've known in all my life. And, I say this not because he is related to me and I love him dearly as my brother. But, because it is simply the truth. Belschatsar was only 9 years old when he would refuse to tell even a "little white lie" to appease a situation. He became more and more protective of his family and his faith and would pick up his Ellen G. White book to do further studying on his own every morning after we had devotion as a family. Later, when he told us he had found the woman God would have him spend his life with, we had no doubt that she was the one. Who he has become today is no surprised to anyone, friends or family, because he has always carried his love for God with a glow and character that is undeniable.
