Chris and Meg met in June 2018 at the The Standard Biergarten after matching through an online dating app- Coffee Meets Bagel. After a great first date including delicious pizza, excellent conversation and a fun walk on the High Line they both knew they had stumbled upon something special. They have traveled to 1/4 of the U.S. together as well as the Bahamas, United Kingdom and France. Meg and Chris enjoy going to sporting events (go Jets and Packers), broadway shows, concerts, new restaurants (especially steakhouses and Italian), indoor cycling classes and walks through Central Park.

Chris proposed to Meg with just the two of them present at South Cove Marina near the Financial District in lower Manhattan. A week prior Chris had surprised Meg with tickets to Come from Away- a show which she had been wanting to see for a few years. After going the matinee show they had dinner at Old Homestead- one of the oldest steakhouses in NYC. Afterwards Chris surprised her by having a car waiting outside that brought them to the marina where he proposed.
