Like any great love story that starts in Baltimore, a Ravens football game is at the center of it all. Of course, this isn’t the fairytale that either had envisioned because Meg is not exactly a football enthusiast and Craig loves The Giants. But looking back, neither of them would change a thing about that perfect, beautiful Sunday afternoon in 2016.

Now, before all the credit is given to a bunch of strangers in purple jerseys, Meg’s best girlfriends are the ones to thank.

Unbeknownst to Meg, one of the girls had already planned on introducing her to Craig. However, as fate would have it, Meg made her own introduction at the concession stand at halftime. She spilled her drinks on Craig and when he responded with a witty remark making her laugh hysterically, she was hooked.

Meg and Craig had their first date at Loch Bar. They sat outside and laughed all night while Craig ordered the best things on the menu. To this day, Meg loves when Craig orders because he always picks fun things to try that surprisingly satisfy her selective palette.

Right away Meg and Craig celebrated many important milestones together: Meg graduated nursing school and started her first job as a registered nurse; Craig bought his first house; Craig introduced Meg to both the Gettysburg and Toms River crews; and they got their first dog together, Morris. In between all of that excitement, they celebrated their first Christmas in Miami, followed by a group trip to Puerto Rico, and then a wedding in Mexico. Not only did they discover a shared passion for traveling and exploring, but also the same style when it comes to traveling. Craig had no idea that the trip to Miami eight years ago would set the bar extremely high for all future vacations – just ask about their most recent trip to Croatia!

For a time, Meg and Craig went their separate ways to continue growing as individuals. However, both were certain that their story would not end there. Secretly, each of them had already told their mothers that they would marry the other one day. Craig and Meg would eventually find their way back to each other as the best versions of themselves - ready to spend forever together! As many problems as their dog Morris has caused, he remained a binding element between the two as they co-parented the rascal.

Meg and Craig are over the moon to be getting married and continuing their love story! A special thanks to all our families and friends who have cheered us on and continue to support our commitment to each other.
