Our story began in a boat. We met in high school through a club rowing team, and while Megan didn’t stick around for long, it still turned out to be the start of something pretty great. We both moved on to Florida State, balancing our respective studies with the chaos of college life and staying ~mostly~ friends in the process. After four years, Megan moved home to begin her career, but Eric stayed on to pursue his advanced degree.

Shortly before the world came to a halt, we reconnected — and the timing must have been right, because we were official a few months later. After a couple years of long distance, we made Tampa home, and not too long after that, two became three when we welcomed home the sweetest and prettiest pup, Piper.

From there, we settled into our idyllic rhythm: spending time with friends and family, enjoying the Florida outdoors, and traveling whenever we got the chance. Last year, we decided to move closer to family, traded in the Tampa bay for the Orlando lakes, and bought our first home back where it all began.

Now, with our wedding on the horizon, we are so full of love and excitement and so grateful to share this moment with all of you.
