The weather will be sunny. Daytime temperatures will be around 70 degrees, with nighttime temperatures dropping into the 40s.

As much as we love them, we ask that you leave the gremlins at home. We hope the night offers you a chance to have a bit of grown-up fun.

There will be a provided bus departing the Prescott Resort at 4:00pm to get guests to the venue on time. Guests are welcome to drive themselves to the Prescott Resort to arrive to the venue on the bus, if they are not staying at the Prescott Resort. If you are not staying at the resort, you will be responsible for getting yourselves to and from the bus pick-up/drop-off at the resort. Cars can be left at the resort free of charge for the duration of the wedding. Guests who are not taking the provided bus will be responsible for getting themselves to and from the venue. Please note that if you drive yourself to the venue, you MUST be able to take your vehicle home at the end of the night. Any vehicles not picked up from the venue by __am the morning following the wedding, will be towed at the owner's expense.

If you are not being transported to the venue on the provided bus, we ask that you arrive to the venue no later than 4:30pm, to allow you time to find your seats. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.

The ceremony and reception will be at Windmill House! The address is 1460 W Road 4 N Chino Valley, AZ 86323.

Our guests are welcome to sit in any seat available during our ceremony. However, the first few rows will be reserved for immediate family and will be clearly marked. We ask that you leave those reserved seats for our family members.

Pictures are highly encouraged throughout our entire day, EXCEPT the ceremony. We ask that you respect our wish for an unplugged ceremony and be present in the moment alongside us.

There will be a seating chart provided for dinner.

There will be grazing tables and appetizers provided during cocktail hour. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm.

The party will be wrapping up around 10:30pm. There will be a bus that brings guests back to the hotel at the end of the night. There will be two shuttles for departing guests. One will leave around 8pm, while the other will leave around 10:30pm. All guests who did not drive themselves MUST be on one of the shuttles back to the hotel.
