Prescott Resort & Conference Center
The room block is for deluxe hotel rooms at a rate of $189 + tax per night. These deluxe rooms are offered as a king size bed or two queen size beds.

If anyone is experiencing issues with the link, you can visit www.prescottresort.com, select your dates, and enter the group code 1357401 to receive the group discounted rates. For shoulder dates or questions regarding room availability, you can call the Reservations Department at 1-800-967-4637 to book your reservation.
This room block will be available until SEPTEMBER 1st! As our room block count needs to be finalized by that date, we are asking all guests to reserve their rooms before September 1st. Any rooms reserved after September 1st will not be guaranteed or offered at the discounted price.
Bus Transportation
There will be a free bus departing the Prescott Resort at 4:00pm to get guests to the venue on time.
The same bus will be at the venue at 8:00pm and 10:30pm to bring guests back to the Prescott Resort, after the reception.
Guests are welcome to drive themselves to the Prescott Resort to arrive to the venue on the bus, if they are not staying at the Prescott Resort. If you are not staying at the resort, you will be responsible for getting yourselves to and from the bus pick-up/drop-off at the resort. Cars can be left at the resort free of charge for the duration of the wedding.
Guests who are not taking the provided bus will be responsible for getting themselves to and from the venue. Please note that if you drive yourself to the venue, you MUST be able to take your vehicle home at the end of the night. Any vehicles not picked up from the venue by __am the morning following the wedding, will be towed at the owners expense.
