SHUTTLE SERVICE ITINERARY:
4:00 pm: Van #1 and #2 make their first trip. This trip can accommodate up to 28 guests.
4:10 pm: Van #3 will be heading to the venue at this time. Up to14 guests may ride at this time.
4:30 pm: Van #1 and #2 pickup remaining guests. Up to 28 guests.
*WE STRONGLY ADVISE GUESTS CHOOSE THE EARLIER PICK-UP TIMES TO ENSURE YOU ARRIVE ON TIME FOR OUR 5PM CEREMONY!

There will be limited transportation on site at the hotel where rooms are blocked. Please ensure you let us know through the RSVP if you will be needing transportation from the hotel to the venue and back. The Vans will start running one hour before the ceremony which will be at 4 pm and back to the hotel at 10 pm and up to one hour after. The vans will also be on site the entire event and can take guest back to the hotel early, they will be happy to do so. We will have a sign up at the hotel with available seats.

CEROMONY DETAILS:

The ceremony will start promptly at 5 pm. For those NOT utilizing transportation services please arrive to the venue no later than 4:30 pm. There is plenty of parking on site.

DRESS CODE:

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail/formal attire. Men can wear a suit and tie or dress pants with a blazer, while women can wear a cocktail dress or long dress. Please no denim.

UNPLUGGED:

We have extremely talented photographers and videographers hired to catch our special moments. The greatest gift you can give us on this day is to be truly present, so we ask no phones or cameras during the ceremony.

RSVP DEADLINE:
October 1st is a very important date.... it is RSVP due date! We will be having a plated dinner so we need the most accurate number of guests to provide our caterer.
