TRANSPORTATION:  *UPDATED  SHUTTLE SERVICE ITINERARY: 4:00 pm: Van #1 and #2 make their first trip. This trip can accommodate up to 28 guests. 4:10 pm: Van #3 will be heading to the venue at this time. Up to14 guests may ride at this time. 4:30 pm: Van #1 and #2 pickup remaining guests. Up to 28 guests. *WE STRONGLY ADVISE GUESTS CHOOSE THE EARLIER PICK-UP TIMES TO ENSURE YOU ARRIVE ON TIME FOR OUR 5PM CEREMONY!  There will be limited transportation on site at the hotel where rooms are blocked. Please ensure you let us know through the RSVP if you will be needing transportation from the hotel to the venue and back. The Vans will start running one hour before the ceremony which will be at 4 pm and back to the hotel at 10 pm and up to one hour after. The vans will also be on site the entire event and can take guest back to the hotel early, they will be happy to do so. We will have a sign up at the hotel with available seats.
