The ceremony and reception will both be held at the Y Knot Barn in Pony. The ceremony will be held outside if the weather permits and we will have a floating reception inside the barn afterwards.

September in Montana can be unpredictable, you never know what mother nature will throw our way. Some years we can have snow on the ground other years it can be 90 degrees. Evenings are always cooler in Montana so it's best to bring layers!

For hotel lodging, Sacajawea Historical Hotel is located about 30 minutes away from the venue in Three Forks and is an excellent option. There are also plenty of hotels in Bozeman and Airbnbs near the wedding venue and in Bozeman. Dry Camping will be available and encouraged on the venue's land! Bring your tents, RVs and decked-out vehicles to spend the night with us! Bozeman is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away from the north entrance to the park, making it an amazing thing to do while you are in town. Don's hesitate to reach out to us for suggestions and advice for taking an adventure into the park!

Semi-formal or dressy casual for the ceremony and reception. After the reception we will have an after party, bonfire, and hang out with the guests camping on the land, so cozy clothes are a must!

For anyone flying in from out-of-state, a rental car is a must! Montana is a large state with so much to see! Relying on Uber/Lyft in Bozeman is possible, but is not a good way to travel outside of the city limits. Transportation will be provided from the Sacajawea Inn to and from the wedding venue.

Yes! The whole family is welcome, we would like to see the little ones running around at our wedding!
