Bar By Donation
We are doing a bar by donation, which means you donate based on what you drink. If you end up drinking more, please donate some more. We suggest $2-3 a drink. My Aunt Sonia will be running the bar. Beer and non-alcoholic drinks will be self-serve in the coolers and kegs.
Location:
As already mentioned, parking is very limited, so if you can avoid driving, please do. There will be some street and driveway parking available.
Toilets/Septic Tank:
The Johansen’s are on a septic tank. Please DO NOT flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper
Clothing, Footwear and Temperatures:
Please keep in mind the event is outdoors and it could be hot during the day. Although it's August, we will be up the mountains in Anmore. Please bring something to put on as the sun sets. In addition, most of the event will be on grass so please avoid wearing stiletto heels that will puncture the lawn.
Taco Orders:
We have now submitted your orders to the food truck. If you forgot what you ordered, you can check through your RSVP. Everyone will be placed into groups as the taco truck cannot produce all food at once. Your group will be posted and you will be called by the MC’s when the food is ready. There will not be any assigned seating, except for a small group of reserved seats for those who need it. We have set up the seating to be more social style so you can mingle with old friends and get to know new ones.
Shuttles:
We will be assigning people to shuttles and need to keep the numbers accurate for safety. We will send your shuttle group closer to the date. The shuttles are very full, so there is limited flexibility. If you said you were taking the shuttle and you no longer are or you need to now, please send us an email and we will see if we can accommodate the change.
