To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is September 15th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

As much as we love little ones, the wedding ceremony is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party. Kids are welcome to join for Afternoon at the Orchard on Thursday and Welcome Drinks on Friday.

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than during the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as my photos and videos as you would like.

Yes! There will be welcome drinks, wine & beer during dinner, and an open bar during the reception. We want you to have the best time so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

Yes! The welcome drinks and ceremony will take place outside while dinner and reception will take place inside. In the event of inclement weather, all events will be moved inside.

Black tie optional. This means that you have the option to wear black-tie attire (an evening gown or a tuxedo) but can instead wear formal attire (a suit or long dress). Appropriate attire options include full-length gowns, long formal dresses, dressy jumpsuits and pantsuits, tuxedos and suits.
