Yes! 2 shuttle buses will be taking guests round trip to and from the venue. The shuttles depart Towneplace Suites at 2:30pm and will depart the reception at 9pm.

Everyone! We will have enough seats for all guests, local loved-ones included!

Yes! The venue has a full parking lot. Cars can be left overnight if needed, (please let us know if that is your plan so we can alert the venue).

Attire for the wedding day is cocktail. The ceremony will be outdoors and shady; please plan accordingly. The Welcome Party on Friday is casual. We know many guests are traveling and may not have time to dress up. Jeans and a sweater or a more casual dress are appropriate - please dress comfortably!

Nashville has no shortage of excellent attractions for visitors! Here are some neighborhoods we love and some places we recommend: Broadway/Downtown (Honkytonks, Country Music Hall of Fame) Printer’s Alley Germantown (Von Elrod’s, Mother’s Ruin, Bicentennial Park) Five Points in East Nashville (Rosemary & Beauty Queen, Red Door) Centennial Park and the Parthenon! The Gulch (L.A. Jackson, wings mural, shopping)

The bride and groom will be watching the Bears game at our favorite sports bar, Double Dogs, at 11am. Please feel free to stop by for farewells or a quick drink. RSVPs or attendance not required.
